Quick jellied pie — very simple, tasty and fast! Quick jellied pie can be either sweet or savory. It all depends on what filling you use. If you take this recipe as a basis, it is perfect for jellied pies with any fruits and berries. If you want to make a pie that is not sweet, then instead of sugar, simply salt the dough to taste and take any unsweetened filling: meat, fish, cabbage or any combination of them. Just remember that the products must be prepared in advance (boiled, fried).

Basic:

Sugar 1 cup
Apples 1.5 pc
Wheat flour 1 cup
Eggs 3 pc
Sour cream 0.5 cup
Baking powder 10 g

Make the dough. First, mix the eggs with sugar, beat them well with a fork, add sour cream (it can also be thick cream, kefir, yogurt). Stir.

Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Stir the dough, it will turn out like thick sour cream. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes while you make the filling.

Peel the apples and cut them into slices, place them on the bottom of a greased baking dish. You can line the bottom of the pan with parchment.
