Milk 50 ml
Cottage cheese 100 g
Vegetable oil 40 ml
Sugar 50 g
Wheat flour 170 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Salt to taste

For filling:

Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Plums 500 g
Starch 1 tbsp

For the crocant:

Sugar 75 g
Walnuts 100 g
Butter 35 g

For the form:

Vegetable oil 2 tsp

DOUGH: Place cottage cheese, sugar, butter, milk, vanilla sugar, salt into a mixer bowl.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour, lay out the dough, knead into a soft dough.
