Basic:

Sugar 50 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Butter 10 g
Cocoa 4 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Soda 1 tsp
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Apricot jam 300 g

Letʼs prepare the dough! Pour 300 g of any jam into a bowl. I used Apricot jam. And quench with one teaspoon of soda. Mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes to quench the soda.

Beat 1 egg with a mixer and gradually add 50 grams of sugar.

Pour the jam, quenched with soda, into the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

Sift 300 grams of flour into the resulting mixture through a fine sieve and mix with a whisk until smooth. The dough is ready!

Letʼs bake a pie! Grease a mold with a diameter of 20 centimeters with butter and lay out the finished dough, spreading it over the entire mold with a spoon. Place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 45 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.

Cut the finished cake into 2 parts and start icing!

Letʼs prepare the icing! Place 100 grams of butter in a saucepan, add 4 tablespoons of cocoa and pour in 4 tablespoons of condensed milk. Place on low heat and cook with constant stirring until a homogeneous, smooth mass.

Letʼs collect the pie! We coat the cut pie with glaze, cover with the second part and also coat the top and sides of the pie. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours to allow the glaze to set and the cake to set. The pie turned out incredibly tasty and tastes like gingerbread.
