How to bake a puff pastry pie with minced meat and potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance. The easiest and fastest way to prepare a delicious tea pie is to use ready-made puff pastry. But it is easy to prepare at home. Pour a glass of warm water (30-40 degrees) into a bowl, add salt, sugar, beat in a chicken egg, pour in vinegar and stir until smooth.

Place the sifted wheat flour into the bowl with the liquid. Be sure to sift the flour, so it will be saturated with oxygen, and the baked goods will turn out more tender and airy.

You need to add flour in parts, stirring the dough with a spoon each time. When the dough becomes difficult to knead with a spoon, place it on the table and continue kneading with your hands, adding flour.
