Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry sausages in yeast dough in a frying pan? Prepare the following ingredients. You can take any sausages, any size and taste. I chose small sausages. Yeast dough, you can take ready-made dough (250 grams is enough), knead it according to your favorite and proven recipe, or you can use the dough recipe that I offer. Also prepare a frying pan for frying sausages in dough.

Step 2

Step 2
Heat the milk. Add sugar and yeast to warm milk and stir until dissolved. Leave the resulting mixture in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until a foamy cap forms.

Step 3

Step 3
Add the egg, sifted flour, salt to the yeast and knead the dough. It should turn out smooth and elastic. You may need a little more or a little less flour than the specified amount, so add it in parts. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, transfer the dough into it and cover with cling film. Leave the dough to rise for 40-60 minutes in a warm place.

Step 4

Step 4
Punch down the risen dough and place it on a floured table. Divide the dough into several parts, the weight of each piece is from 50 to 70 grams, no more is needed, otherwise the dough may not be fried. Take a piece and roll it into a flat cake with a rolling pin, and place the sausage on it.

Step 5

Step 5
Cover each side of the sausage with dough and roll between your palms to compact the dough to form a patty. Wrap the remaining sausages in the dough in the same way.

Step 6

Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place sausages on it and fry them on each side until golden brown over medium heat. It is better not to make the heat too high, otherwise the sausages that are browned on top inside may not be cooked through. Place the finished sausages on a plate lined with paper napkins to remove excess oil.

Step 7

Step 7
Serve sausages in dough either hot or cooled. They are perfect for breakfast, a light snack, or to take with you to school or work. Bon appetit!
