For dough:

Wheat flour 2.5 cup
Milk 1 cup
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp

White cabbage 300 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc

How to fry pies with cabbage? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. The process of preparing yeast dough is long, but itʼs worth it. Pour a glass of warm milk into a bowl, dissolve half a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of dry yeast in it. Leave it alone for literally 5 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl with the yeast mixture and add salt, stir again.

Sift wheat flour through a sieve. It’s better to do this twice to saturate it with oxygen — products made from such dough are softer and airier. Pour the sifted wheat flour into the bowl with the liquid. First, mix the mass with a spoon, then gradually add flour, continue kneading with your hands.
