Garlic 4 clove
Salt to taste
Water 100 ml
Potato 500 g
Dry spices to taste
Mayonnaise 100 g
Chicken 600 g

How to bake drumsticks with potatoes and mayonnaise? Prepare everything you need for this. For baking, you can take a whole chicken and chop it into pieces. Or you can take some parts separately, like I did. Peel the potatoes and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt.

Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces.

Add a little mayonnaise to the potatoes and add some salt. Stir the potatoes so that they are evenly coated with mayonnaise on all sides.

Rinse the chicken drumsticks under running water and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Add mayonnaise to the chicken. Peel the garlic and pass through a press directly into the bowl with the chicken. Add a little salt and spices to taste. You can use ground pepper and paprika as spices.

Mix chicken with mayonnaise and spices.

For baking, take any heat-resistant form. It can be glass, metal or, like mine, ceramic. Place the potatoes in mayonnaise in the pan, distributing it evenly over the entire surface.

Place chicken in mayonnaise on top of potatoes. Add some hot water to the mold. This is necessary so that the potatoes do not dry out, but bake evenly.

Bake the dish in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for an hour. When baking, use your oven as a guide. When the dish is ready, the potatoes will become soft, the chicken will be baked and will have an appetizing golden color. If you pierce the chicken with a knife, light juice will appear.
