Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 6 clove
Chilli (taste) 1 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Potato 600 g
Bay leaf 2 pc
Parsley 1 g
Carrot 2 pc
Leek 1 pc
Lemons 2 pc
White wine 300 ml
Celery 0.5 pc
Dishes with sea bream (you can use any live fish you like) 2 pc

Cut the peeled potatoes lengthwise into 4 pieces. Mix the potato pieces with salt, pepper and olive oil, set aside for a few minutes to marinate the potatoes a little. Then place in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Remove scales, remove entrails, rinse well with cold water, and dry with a napkin. Make oblique cuts on each fish on both sides, sprinkle the outside and inside with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, do not forget the cuts.

Cut 1 clove of garlic into thin slices.

Inside each fish put ¼ of parsley, 1 clove of garlic (pre-cut into thin slices), 2 slices of lemon. Cut another clove of garlic thinly and insert into the slits.

Celery — pieces. Finely chop the parsley.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan, add chili and heat well. Add vegetables and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, mix with parsley and add to the vegetables at the end of frying. Salt and pepper everything.

Place the potato pieces in a baking dish

Place bay leaves and vegetables on potatoes.

Place the fish on the vegetables. Pour in the remaining lemon juice, 150ml white wine and olive oil.

Put it all in the oven and bake at 220 degrees. After 10 minutes, pour the rest of the wine over our fish and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the size of the fish.

Remove the finished fish from the oven, place on a plate, add baked vegetables and potatoes, and garnish (optional) with parsley. Bon appetit.
