Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chicken legs in a sleeve with potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can change the proportions of ingredients slightly to your taste. The spices are also based on your taste. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse thoroughly to remove dirt.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the chicken legs in running water and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Then sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and paprika. Using your hands, rub the spices into the meat. If time permits, let stand for 30 minutes so that the meat is saturated with the aroma of the spice.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and place in a bowl. Pour in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt and spices. You can add a little garlic — dried or regular — for flavor. Mix all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated with spices and oil.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the prepared potatoes in the baking sleeve and place the chicken legs on top.

Step 5

Step 5
Then lay out the cherry tomatoes, cut in half. You can also use regular tomatoes. Just cut them into slices or cubes.

Step 6

Step 6
Tie the baking sleeve on both sides and transfer it along with the filling into a baking dish. It is best to take a metal form. Poke the top several times with a toothpick to release excess steam. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 50-60 minutes. The times are approximate, use your oven as a guide. Read about how ovens work at the end of this recipe.

Step 7

Step 7
About 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking, cut the sleeve and leave the dish to brown a little in the oven. Chicken legs with potatoes in the oven are ready. Transfer the dish to a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
