Tomatoes 2 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Potato 300 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Cabbage 500 g

How to bake potatoes and cabbage in the oven? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use any vegetable oil. Wash the vegetables thoroughly in warm water and dry. Wash the egg and dry it with a napkin.

Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut it into large pieces, place it in a pan of suitable size.

Peel the potatoes, cut into medium cubes and add to the pan with the cabbage.

Peel the onions and cut into cubes or strips. Add the chopped onion to the pan with the vegetables. You can use absolutely any onion, but keep in mind that red onions become a not quite appetizing color when cooked.

Fill the vegetables in a saucepan with water and salt. Place the pan on the stove over medium heat and cook after boiling until tender. This will take about 10-15 minutes. Focus on your stove. Then drain the water from the pan.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place half of the boiled vegetables in it, leveling it out. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and divide into two parts. Sprinkle the first half over the top of the vegetables. Place the remaining vegetables on top.

Place the pan in a hot oven and bake the potatoes and cabbage for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven. Remove pan from oven and serve immediately.
