Ground black pepper to taste
Potato 4 pc
Sour cream 150 g
Bay leaf (1 leaf for each pot) to taste
Carrot (large) 1 pc
Turkey fillet 600 g
Fresh rosemary (1 branch for each pot) to taste

How to bake a turkey with potatoes in pots in the oven? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the potatoes and carrots under running water with a brush, peel them. Cut the potatoes into slices and the carrots into cubes.

Wash the turkey fillet under running water, pat dry with paper towels and cut into medium pieces.

Place the sour cream in a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper. Stir. You can use sour cream of any fat content, the main thing is that it does not contain milk fat substitutes.

Combine meat, potatoes and carrots in a deep bowl.

Pour sour cream into meat and vegetables. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into the pots, top with a bay leaf and a small sprig of rosemary. Cover the pots with lids and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 1 hour.
