How to bake chicken under a fur coat with potatoes and mushrooms? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. You can bake any part of the chicken under the fur coat. I take a whole chicken carcass.

Chop the chicken carcass into pieces and rinse under running water. Then dry all the pieces with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
