How to make pork meat with zucchini? Prepare all products. For filling, you can use sour cream or its mixture with mayonnaise and hard cheese for sprinkling. But it turns out quite tasty without them. Half a tomato was enough for me, but you can use a whole one to suit your taste or do without it. Wash the vegetables well and peel them. Thaw the meat in advance.

Prepare a baking dish for baking in the oven. Lubricate it with oil. Turn on the oven at 180C to warm up. Cut the potatoes into very thin slices. Place it as the first layer in the mold. Lightly salt.

Cut the pork meat into pieces. Place it on the potatoes. Salt and pepper.

Cut the young zucchini into quarters and a piece of carrot into small cubes. Place these vegetables on the pork, add the diced half of the red sweet pepper.
