How to bake cevapchichi sausages in the oven? Prepare your food. I will cook the sausages myself, but you can use ready-made ones. Any minced meat is suitable, I have a mixture of beef and pork. Along with potatoes, you can bake any other vegetables to your taste.

Place both types of minced meat in a bowl. Chop the onion and garlic in any way convenient for you. I grated it, you can use a meat grinder or blender. Salt and pepper the products, you can add any other spices and seasonings. Pour in sparkling water.

Knead the minced meat well with your hands, and finally beat it on the bottom of the bowl — this will make the minced meat homogeneous and airy. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Before starting baking, turn on the oven to preheat at 180°C. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices.

Take a baking dish suitable for baking and grease the bottom with vegetable oil. Place the potatoes over the entire surface, stacking the slices on top of each other. You can put it in several rows. Add some salt. The article at the link at the end of the recipe will help you choose the form.

Place the minced meat into a piping bag. If there is no bag, then put it in a thick plastic bag. Cut the tip so that the hole is about 2.5 cm wide. Place the minced meat in the form of sausages on the potatoes. If you don’t want to bother with bags, just form the sausages with your hands. Pour some water into the mold, about a couple of centimeters from the bottom.

How long does it take to bake cevapchichi in the oven? Bake the dish in the oven for 35-45 minutes. The exact time will depend on the features of your oven and the amount of food.
