Soy Sauce Oven-Baked Potatoes

From ordinary products, inexpensive, appetizing, delicious! Potatoes with soy sauce baked in the oven turn out soft on the inside and with a crispy, golden-brown crust on the outside. The potatoes have time to fully cook due to pre-boiling. The sauce gives the dish a spicy taste and aroma.

Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Herbal mixture (Dried herbs) to taste

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake potatoes with soy sauce in the oven? Prepare your food. Wash the potatoes well and peel them.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the tubers into thick slices, much like you would for country-style potatoes.

Step 3

Step 3
Boil water in a saucepan. Place chopped potatoes into boiling water. After the water boils again, reduce the heat to low. Cook the potatoes until half cooked, about ten to twelve minutes.

Step 4

Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce and sunflower oil. It is better to take it refined, odorless. Add a finely grated clove of garlic and dried herbs. I have parsley, dill, onion, mint and thyme. You take according to your taste or availability. Lightly salt, just a little, as soy sauce is already very salty.

Step 5

Step 5
Drain the potatoes. And add the soy sauce marinade directly into the pan. Mix thoroughly, but very gently, as the potatoes will become quite soft and you can easily damage the structure of the slices.

Step 6

Step 6
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease with sunflower oil. Place potato wedges on top in one layer and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve the finished potatoes immediately. Bon appetit!
