Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork baked with potatoes in the oven? A very simple and tasty dish. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any pork pulp, it is important that it be in one piece. It could be carbonate, neck, ham. You can replace the greens to your taste, for example, green onions, wild garlic, dill, etc.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the greens. Peel the garlic. Place spinach and parsley, garlic into a blender bowl, pour in vegetable oil, and add spices.

Step 3

Step 3
Beat everything to a paste-like mass. Determine the degree of homogeneity yourself, but it should be dense enough to stick well to the meat and not spread.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash a piece of pork and dry it with napkins. I have carbonade without bone. It is moderately fatty and retains its shape when baked.

Step 5

Step 5
Rub the green paste over the meat. Leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

Step 6

Step 6
Transfer the pork to a baking dish large enough to accommodate more garnish on the sides. Place the meat in an oven preheated to 180ºC and bake for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. To prevent the greens from burning, you can cover the pan with foil, but make sure that the foil does not touch the layer of greens and does not stick to it.

Step 7

Step 7
While the meat is baking, prepare the side dish. Peel the potatoes and onions.

Step 8

Step 8
Cut the potatoes into large cubes.

Step 9

Step 9
And cut the onion into slices.

Step 10

Step 10
Remove the pan with the pork from the oven. Place potatoes and onions around the meat. If the entire side dish does not fit on the sides, you can lift the meat and distribute some of the potatoes under it. Lightly salt and pepper the side dish and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Return the pan to the oven and bake for about 30 minutes more until the potatoes are cooked through, basting them occasionally with any of the juices from the bottom of the pan.

Step 11

Step 11
Remove the finished meat and side dish from the oven and let stand for another 10 minutes. Then serve. Bon appetit!
