Salt 1 tsp
Potato 12 pc
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Maggi seasoning (I used chicken seasoning in the recipe.) 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Chicken 2.2 kg

Letʼs prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use any of your favorite spices to marinate the chicken; I usually use chicken seasoning. Wash the chicken and dry it with towels. Prepare the marinade: to do this, mix sour cream with chicken seasoning and salt. First add one seasoning, seasonings from different manufacturers can be more or less salty, try the marinade, it should be a little salty, add salt to taste if necessary.

My seasoning is not very salty, I added a teaspoon of salt. Mix the marinade well. Rub the chicken carcass with the prepared marinade and leave it on the table to marinate for 40-45 minutes. While the chicken is marinating, letʼs prepare the potatoes. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half and fry them in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, don’t forget to add salt while frying.

Place the fried potatoes in a bowl and let them cool. Place the marinated chicken in the form in which we will bake it and stuff it with fried potatoes.

Place the rest of the potatoes next to the chicken, pour out all the marinade, cover with foil and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake the chicken for another 30-40 minutes. Serve the finished chicken to the table.
