Very tasty potato zrazy for lunch and dinner — try it. If there is leftover puree in the refrigerator. And minced meat in the freezer. What a great idea to make this dish :)

Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 300 g
Eggs 1 pc
Potato 7 pc
Breadcrumbs (for deboning) 50 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Minced meat 500 g

Recipe instructions

Cook the puree. When the potatoes are cooked, drain all the water, beat until pureed, add the egg, salt and pepper. Gradually add flour. You may need more or less flour; the potato dough should not stick too much to your hands. Set aside to cool.

Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add minced meat, salt and pepper and fry until done.

Lightly lubricate your hands with water or oil. Form into cutlets. Make an oblong flatbread from the potatoes on your hand, put the filling in the middle, connect the edges of the flatbread.

Roll the cutlet on all sides in breadcrumbs.

Over medium heat, fry on both sides until golden brown.
