Salt 1 tsp
Water 300 ml
Potato 750 g
Bay leaf 2 pc
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Carrot 2 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Pork 350 g

How to make roast pork and potatoes in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It’s better to choose meat with layers, I have the neck part.

Wash the meat in running water, dry with paper towels and cut into pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Wash the carrots with a brush under running water, peel, rinse and cut into rings. If desired, you can change the cutting method.

Turn on the Baking or Frying mode in the multicooker. Pour oil and place meat in a bowl. Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.

Wash the potatoes under running water with a brush, peel, rinse and cut into cubes.
