Hearty Potato and Meat Patties

Garlic 2 clove

How to make potato zrazy with meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I have pork and beef. Mushrooms, it can be any kind. I have boiled wild mushrooms. But you can also use champignons. You just need to rinse them well. Peel the potatoes and rinse them to remove dirt.

Pour water over the peeled potatoes, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Salt it a little. Boil the potatoes until done. This will take 15-20 minutes. The potatoes will become soft.

Drain all the water from the finished potatoes, mash them with a potato masher and leave to cool. While cooling, leave the lid slightly open to allow excess steam to escape. If there is excess moisture, the zrazy will not stick together.

To prepare the filling, pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the minced meat for 4-5 minutes.

Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Add the onions and carrots to the minced meat in the pan. Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.

Chop the mushrooms very finely.

Place the finished zrazy in a hot frying pan and fry with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat.

The ideal addition would be sour cream and garlic sauce. While the zrazy is fried, mix sour cream, dill and garlic.
