Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Potato 300 g
Sour cream 50 ml
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Duck 500 g

How to make stewed duck with potatoes? Prepare all products.

Cut the onions into 4 parts and chop into thin slices.

Grate the carrots into large strips.

Fry the onions and carrots in oil for about 5 minutes over low heat.

Add sour cream, salt and black pepper to the vegetables, stir.

Cut the duck into pieces of the desired size.

Lightly fry the duck in oil, add the meat and fat to the vegetables.

Pour the potatoes into the main mixture.

Simmer the duck and potatoes covered over low heat for about 50 minutes. If necessary, if the liquid boils away, you can add a little hot water to prevent the meat and vegetables from burning. The finished duck with vegetables can be served with fresh herbs.
