How to cook mushroom soup with buckwheat? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients that you will need to prepare a delicious soup with mushrooms and vegetables.

Take a three-liter saucepan and place it on the stove, which you then turn on to medium heat, then pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into the saucepan.

Finely chop one head of onion, which is then placed in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry, stirring with a spatula.

Roughly, but not very coarsely, chop five hundred grams of mushrooms; in our recipe we use oyster mushrooms, which are then placed in a pan with onions, then mix all the ingredients together and fry on medium heat on the stove.

Cut one medium carrot into small random pieces and place it in a saucepan with onions and mushrooms.

Mix all the ingredients well in the pan and continue to fry them on medium heat on the stove.

Cut three peeled potatoes into small random cubes and place them in a common pan, then mix all the ingredients together.

Pour one and a half liters of water into a common pan, then turn on the stove to high temperature and bring the soup in the pan to a boil.

Remove the foam that appears from the soup boiling in the pan and add three tablespoons of well-washed buckwheat into it.

Pour salt to taste into the saucepan with soup, then add dried herbs, bay leaves and a mixture of black and red peppers to taste.

Mix all the ingredients in the pan well together, then switch the stove to the minimum temperature.
