Cheesy Sausage and Potato Soup

Delicious and light soup made from your favorite ingredients :). There are times when you don’t want to invent or cook anything, but you still need to eat something. Here is one of my favorite recipes. It is very simple, and almost every housewife has the ingredients for it in the refrigerator :)

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Potato 4 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Dill 1 g
Sausages 200 g
Processed cheese ("amber") 100 g

Wash the carrots and cut into slices

Peel and cut potatoes as desired

Peel and chop the onion

Place all the vegetables in a saucepan, add water (approximately 1.5 liters, but be guided by your taste, how thick or thin the soup you want) and cook until the vegetables are soft

Cut the sausage as desired, but not too finely

Rinse the dill under running water and chop

When the vegetables are ready, add salt to the soup, add spices as desired (I like khmeli-suneli), melted cheese and stir well.

Add sausages

Boil for another 2 minutes, add dill and immediately turn off.
