How to very simply and quickly prepare a thick and rich meat soup with a vegetable mixture, which is sure to please many for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing a hearty soup with an assortment of meat and vegetables.

To prepare the soup, take a suitable pan and pour one liter two hundred milliliters of cold water into it, then place the pan on the stove and put five hundred grams of beef on the bones and chopped pork meat into it.

Turn on the stove at a high temperature, then cover the pan with a lid and bring the water to a boil, then skim off any foam that has formed.

Place a quarter of the onion in the pan and continue to cook the meat at the lowest stove temperature for one hour.
