How to very simply and quickly prepare a hearty dressing soup from lamb meat and fresh white cabbage, which many will definitely like for its excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing a delicious rich soup of Russian cuisine with meat and vegetables.

To prepare rich cabbage soup, pour two liters of cold water into a suitable pan, then put in it six hundred grams of lamb meat cut into pieces on the bone, a piece of onion, then cover the pan with a lid and place it on the stove and bring it to a boil at high heat on the stove.

Finely chop one head of onion and place it in a frying pan placed on the stove with two tablespoons of vegetable oil added to it, then stir and fry the onion at high heat on the stove until transparent.
