Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make okroshka using water with vinegar and mayonnaise? Prepare your food. Pre-boil the eggs and potatoes until tender, without peeling them. Take fruit vinegar, for example apple, but in general ordinary table vinegar will do. It is better to choose sausage for okroshka without fat. Onions and dill in a small bunch.

Step 2

Step 2
How to boil jacket potatoes? Wash the tubers well under running water, place in a saucepan, and cover with cold water. Place on the stove over medium heat. After boiling, reduce the heat. Cook the potatoes for 25-35 minutes, depending on the size and variety. Determine readiness with a knife — it will easily pierce the tuber. Drain the water, cool the potatoes, then peel and cut into cubes. Place the chopped potatoes in a deep bowl for hash.

Step 3

Step 3
How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel and dice them, then add to the bowl with the potatoes.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash and dry fresh cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into cubes and add to the bowl with the previously chopped products. Cucumbers can be cut arbitrarily or grated on a coarse grater.

Step 5

Step 5
Remove the boiled sausage from the packaging and cut into cubes. Add chopped sausage to okroshka.

Step 6

Step 6
Rinse fresh dill and green onions very thoroughly under running cold water and dry. Chop the onion and dill and add to the okroshka.

Step 7

Step 7
Add mayonnaise and salt to taste to the okroshka and stir.

Step 8

Step 8
Pour vinegar into cold boiled water (2-3 cups) and stir.

Step 9

Step 9
You need to season the okroshka with water and vinegar just before serving. Store the prepared okroshka in the refrigerator until lunch. Bon appetit!
