Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make soup with pasta and potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The soup will be based on chicken broth. If desired, it can be prepared from any type of meat or with vegetable broth. You can use any pasta for soup. I like them not very large.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet in running water, then transfer to a saucepan. Pour water over the meat, bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes. During boiling, foam will form — it must be skimmed off. When the meat is cooked, cut it into pieces and return it to the pan. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and place in the boiling broth with the meat. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse. Carrots can be grated or simply cut into circles or cubes.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan and add the prepared vegetables. Fry the onions and carrots for 2-3 minutes over low heat. The onions will become translucent in color and the carrots will become softer.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the prepared vegetable fry into a saucepan. Next, add the pasta and cook everything together, focusing on the pasta cooking time, about 10 minutes. Leave the pasta a little undercooked.

Step 6

Step 6
The soup is ready! Add chopped garlic, bay leaf and some chopped herbs to it. Remove the pan from the heat. Cover with a lid and leave to stand for another 10 minutes. During this time, the pasta will have time to cook in the hot soup. Bon appetit!
