Appetizing soup with fish and corn. You havenʼt tried anything like this yet! The soup is very aromatic and tender. The tomatoes add a slight sourness, but the corn adds sweetness.

Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 3 clove
Tomatoes (canned in their own juice, can be replaced with high-quality thick tomato juice) 400 g
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Potato 3 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Greenery to taste
Fish (any white fish fillet) pc
Canned corn 200 g
Chicken bouillon 500 ml

Dice carrots, onions and garlic.

Heat 2 tbsp in a saucepan. l. oil and fry the prepared vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes in their own juice. If the tomatoes are sour enough, add a pinch of sugar.

When the mixture in the pan boils, add potatoes and broth (I only had 0.5 liters of broth, so I filled the rest of the volume with water). Cook until the potatoes are soft.

Cut the white fish fillet into small pieces.

Add fish and corn to the pan (for sweetness, you can add a little corn marinade). Cook the soup until the fish is ready. Season with salt and pepper.
