Quick & Easy Rice and Carrot Fish Soup

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 2 l
Rice 150 g
Carrot (two small or one medium) 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Dill 0.5 g
Tuna (canned, 1 jar) 200 g

Cut onions into half rings.

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. While the water is heating up, move on to the next steps.

Fry the onion in a frying pan.

Cut the carrots into half circles.

Rinse the rice.

When the water boils, add rice, carrots and fried onions to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes.

When the rice is almost ready, add the tuna. If there are large pieces in the jar, you can first mash them with a fork and remove the seeds. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Chop the dill.

Pour the finished soup into bowls, add dill to each.
