Basic:

Garlic 30 g
Olive oil 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Paprika (+ seasoning for fish 1 tsp.) 1 tbsp
Mackerel (fresh) 3 pc

Divide the mackerel into fillets. Place skin side down in pan and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Prepare aromatic paste. Chop the garlic, put it in a bowl and add salt. Grind it into a paste.

Add paprika, fish seasoning, oil and mix. Coat the fillets with this paste. Cover with film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate.
