Basic:

Salt to taste
Potato 400 g
Bay leaf 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Sorrel (one bunch) 150 g
Rack of pork ribs (pork) 300 g

Ingredients you will need to prepare green borscht in a slow cooker: potatoes, pork ribs, onions, carrots, salt, vegetable oil, bay leaf, sorrel.

Place the pork ribs in a multicooker bowl, add water, and set to “Stew” mode for 1 hour.

After an hour, add peeled and diced potatoes, bay leaves, and salt to taste to the multicooker and put in the “Stew” mode for another hour.

Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and put the frying pan on the fire, add the diced onions.

Add grated carrots to the onion in the pan, fry the onion and carrots. At any stage, add to borscht.
