Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt 1.5 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Potato 5 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Chicken wings 3 pc
Barley grits 2 tbsp

Letʼs start preparing the soup by preparing all the ingredients.

Place chicken wings in a pan and pour 2 liters of water. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes after boiling, remembering to skim the foam from the surface of the soup.

We wash the barley and put it in the pan with the chicken. Continue cooking the soup for another 30 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the soup. At this stage, add salt to the soup.
