Salt (taste) 1 g
Water 3 l
Potato 400 g
Bay leaf 2 pc
Beef 400 g
Carrot 1 pc
Buckwheat 100 g

Place the beef in the multicooker bowl, add water and put it in the “STEW” mode for 1 hour. After an hour, add diced potatoes to the resulting broth and put in the “STEW” mode for another 1 hour.
