Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to cook meat broth from pork on the bone? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For broth, choose a cut of pork on the bone that is rich in connective tissue. It is from such a piece that you will get a rich and satisfying broth. Onions and carrots will enrich the taste of the broth, and garlic will add a unique aroma.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the meat thoroughly in running water, place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Place on the fire and bring to a boil. There is no need to cut the meat into pieces. It is in the whole piece that it will gradually release its juices. When boiling, foam will appear — it must be removed.

Step 3

Step 3
While the water is heating, prepare the vegetables. Peel onions, carrots and garlic and rinse to remove dirt.

Step 4

Step 4
Add onion, carrots, garlic and parsley to a pot of boiling water. Cook the broth for 1.5 hours. There is no need to cover the pan with a lid so that the evaporating water does not drip back into the broth and spoil its taste. Periodically add hot water to the pan so that it does not all boil away.

Step 5

About 15 minutes before the end of cooking, add peppercorns, bay leaf and salt to the pan.

Step 6

Step 6
Strain the finished broth through several layers of gauze and use it for its intended purpose. Enjoy your meal!
