Basic:

Salt 15 g
Wheat flour 60 g
Butter 40 g
Water 1 l
Pepper 4 g
Bulb onions 250 g
Vegetable oil 45 g
Champignon 600 g
Greenery 6 g
Cream (10%) 200 ml

Boil water, boil peeled and washed champignons in it for 2-3 minutes

Roughly chop the onion.

Fry the onion in heated vegetable oil.

Remove mushrooms with a slotted spoon and chop as desired.

Add the mushrooms to the onions, fry, place in a saucepan with broth and leave over low heat.

Heat the butter, fry the flour in it, dilute with broth, boil, pour into the pan.

Chop the greens. I took fresh dill and frozen cilantro and basil. Place in a saucepan, add salt and pepper. Using an immersion blender, beat until smooth.

Pour in 10% cream and bring to a boil.

Serve with homemade croutons. For croutons I use toast bread: cut the bread, dry it in the oven at minimum temperature. Salt, pepper, squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic, sprinkle with olive oil.
