Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Potato 3 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Pork (small piece) 250 g
Dry spices (salt, pepper, bay leaf) to taste
Chicken eggs (boiled) 2 pc
Sorrel (1 bunch) 100 g
Green lentils 70 g

Thaw the meat and set to cook. I have a small piece of pork. Soak the lentils and boil the eggs. Next we move on to vegetables. Peel and cut: potatoes

Onions and carrots

Wash and chop the sorrel. Donʼt go too small.

After the meat is cooked (~40 minutes), take it out and chop it finely

Meanwhile, add potatoes and lentils to the broth.

We throw the meat back. Cook ~20 min

Cut the eggs, not finely

Place the bay leaf, onion and carrots into the pan. Cook ~7-9 minutes

And finally we throw in the sorrel and eggs. Add salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Ready!
