Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Water 2 l
Potato 2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 20 g
Chicken fillet 300 g
Vermicelli 0.5 cup

How to cook soup with noodles and chicken? Prepare the products according to the list. Take bottled or filtered water. Wash and dry the vegetables. Wash the chicken fillet, place it in a pan with water and cook for about 20-30 minutes. Then remove the meat, cut it into pieces and return it back to the broth.

Peel the potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and place them in the pan with the meat. Cook for about 7-10 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, peel the onions and carrots. Rinse them. Grate the carrots on a medium grater and chop the onion with a knife.

Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place chopped onions and carrots in a frying pan and fry everything together with constant stirring for about 3-4 minutes. Then place the finished roast into the soup.

Add some noodles to the soup and stir. Add a little salt to the soup to taste. Boil everything together for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Cover the soup with a lid and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Pour the finished soup into plates and serve. When serving, you can sprinkle the soup with a small amount of chopped herbs. Bon appetit!
