Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes (chopped in own juice) 50 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 2 l
Potato 4 pc
Broccoli 150 g
Carrot 1 pc
White cabbage 250 g
Millet 50 g

Recipe instructions

Wash and dry the vegetables. Wash and sort the millet.

Shred the cabbage.

Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes.

Peel the carrots and grate on a medium grater.

Cut the pepper into strips.

Separate broccoli into florets.

Place potatoes, cabbage, carrots and broccoli and peppers in a saucepan. Pour in 2 liters of water. Add salt and pepper and cook for about 50 minutes. 10 minutes before readiness, add millet and tomatoes. Let the soup simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes and pour into bowls.
