Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
This is my favorite soup. I can eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week!))) It’s better to cook it with chicken, turkey or beef. I’ve also made it lean, and it’s also delicious. At the time of cooking, I only had ground turkey for meat, so I will make it with meatballs.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the meat, remove the skin from the chicken so that the soup is lean, cut into portions and cook. If you have minced meat like I do, then add spices to taste and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly and form balls with a diameter of 2-3 cm. Pour water into the soup pot, let it boil and throw our meatballs into it.

Step 3

Step 3
Chop vegetables and herbs. I like to cut everything into strips, it makes it even tastier for me to eat. You cut as you like — into strips, cubes, slices.

Step 4

Step 4
Donʼt forget to remove the foam from the meat. Add bay leaf and peppercorns. Once the meat is cooked, add potatoes, carrots and onions. I add a little green to the onion. It looks beautiful in soup.

Step 5

Step 5
When the potatoes are cooked, add tomatoes and peppers. Separately, hard boil the eggs. To make the eggs easy to peel, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water, and then boil immediately under cold running water.

Step 6

Step 6
After 15 minutes, add sorrel and herbs. Cook for 7 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Add eggs, salt to taste. And let it boil for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Step 8
We definitely eat it with sour cream and herbs! SOOOOO TASTY!!! Bon appetit!
