Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 2.5 l
Rice 100 g
Potato 5 pc
Parsley to taste
Carrot 1 pc
Rack of pork ribs 500 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the ribs into small pieces.

Place the ribs in the multicooker bowl and fry for about 15 minutes in the “Fry” mode until golden brown. Salt and pepper.

Grate the carrots and add to the ribs.

Fry together for another 5 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Add washed rice, potatoes and a whole onion to the ribs.

Pour in water.

Set the multicooker to the “Soup” mode (if you don’t have it, then to the “Cooking” mode) for 25 minutes.

Chop the parsley and add to the soup at the very end of cooking. Add salt to the soup if necessary. Let the soup simmer, covered, for 5 minutes and pour into bowls.
