Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Potato 2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Spinach 100 g
Chicken bouillon 2000 ml

Prepare all the necessary products and start cooking. If you like your cabbage soup sour, stock up on table vinegar.

Peel and cut the carrots into flowers and the soup will look much more attractive and aesthetically pleasing, especially if you are treating it to friends.

Place a saucepan with chicken broth on the fire (but you can use any other broth at your discretion). Throw the carrots into it and cook until the carrots are almost ready.

Finely chop the onion.

Wash the spinach and chop it into small pieces.

Cut the potatoes as for regular soup.

Throw the potatoes into the broth with carrots and when they are completely ready, throw in the onion, chopped spinach, salt and pepper to taste with ground black pepper.

Shake the eggs with a fork.

When the soup with spinach greens has boiled for about 5 minutes, pour in the eggs in a thin stream and boil for another 3 — 5 minutes.
