Cilantro, coriander 1 tsp
Water 2 l
Beef 400 g
White cabbage 200 g
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 40 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
cucumbers 3 pc
Sesame 1 tsp
Soy sauce to taste
Ground red pepper to taste
Green cilantro 1 bunch
Vinegar essence 3 tbsp
Rice noodles 1000 g

Carefully prepare all the necessary ingredients, and there are quite a few of them here. Boil the water for the brine in advance and put it in the refrigerator.

Cut the meat into very thin cubes.

Pour vegetable oil into the cauldron and discard the meat. As soon as the meat starts to turn red. Discard the onion in two batches, stirring regularly. Do not overcook.

When the onion begins to turn pink, pour a small amount of boiling water over everything. Cover with a lid and simmer until the meat is fully cooked over low heat.

While the meat is cooking, boil the rice noodles — straws. Place the noodles standing in boiling salted water. Gradually it will settle down. Mix well and cook until tender. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking. The noodles should remain long. Finally, drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Prepare the following components for the brine. Lightly fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and grind in a mortar.
