Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Bouillon (or water) 1 l
Potato 2 pc
Broccoli 100 g
Carrot 1 pc
Dry spices to taste
Cream (any fat content) 150 ml
Green pea 100 g

How to cook vegetable puree soup with cream for a child? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The set of vegetables and their quantity can be any. Be guided by your taste and the age of the child. Vegetable soup can be prepared with water or broth. The best option would be light chicken broth. Peel potatoes, onions and carrots in advance and rinse them from dirt.

Pour the broth into the pan, put on the fire and bring to a boil.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces and place them in the boiling broth. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.

Then add the broccoli, onion and green peas to the pan. If the vegetables have been frozen, there is no need to defrost them. You can immediately put it in the soup. Boil everything together for another 10 minutes. Add a little salt to taste. You can add dry herbs.

Place all vegetables in a stand blender, add a clove of garlic and add broth. Leave a little broth to adjust the consistency. Grind everything until smooth. Add broth until required thickness.
