Rinse the chicken legs under running water, remove the skin, cut into two parts (this is optional) and place in a saucepan. Fill the legs with water. Place the unpeeled onion in a saucepan and place on fire. Bring the broth to a boil, skim off the resulting foam and cook under a closed lid over low heat for half an hour. How to make homemade egg noodles? Beat a chicken egg into a deep bowl, pour in the chilled broth and beat the contents of the bowl with a fork.

Begin gradually adding flour sifted through a sieve until you obtain a thick, non-sticky dough. You may need a little less or more flour, check the consistency of the dough.
