How to cook chicken and pasta soup? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the vegetables and rinse under running water to remove dirt. If you want a lighter version of the soup, use breast meat. And thighs or legs are perfect for rich broth. Pasta can be replaced with noodles, rice or lentils.

Pour cold water over the chicken, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. When boiling, foam will form, which must be skimmed off. Then remove the chicken and separate the meat from the bones. Strain the broth through a fine sieve. Return the meat to the strained broth and bring everything to a boil again. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and add to the pan. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the roast. To do this, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots using a fine or medium grater.
