To prepare a delicious dish of stewed cabbage with meat and vegetables, prepare the required amount of products with spices, chop one kilogram of three hundred grams of cabbage and peel one bell pepper.

Grate one carrot on a coarse grater.

Cut two onions into half rings. Turn on the stove to high temperature, place a second frying pan and heat it by adding two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
