How to make sabji with cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I used frozen cauliflower. If yours is fresh, wash it and separate it into inflorescences. Do the same with broccoli. Adyghe cheese can be replaced with tofu cheese, then this dish is suitable for vegetarians. Vegetables can also include potatoes, cabbage, eggplant, zucchini, and pumpkin. If desired, you can add mushrooms.

Peel and cut the onion into medium pieces, not very finely. To prevent the onion from stinging your eyes, wash it and the knife you will use with cold water.

Heat 25 grams of coconut oil in a cauldron. Place the cumin seeds in a cauldron and warm them up a little. Add the chopped onion to the cumin and fry it over low heat until translucent.

Peel the carrots and cut into semicircles. Send it to the cauldron with the onions.

Heat the remaining coconut oil in a frying pan and heat the turmeric a little in it. Place the diced cheese into the pan and fry it, stirring occasionally. The cheese should be a nice yellow color and lightly browned.
