Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make cabbage, egg, cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Take odorless vegetable oil. Choose seasonings and spices according to your desire and taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Grate the pre-peeled carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the parsley well, dry it, and chop it finely. Instead of parsley, you can use dill.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the cabbage and dry. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.

Step 5

Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any cheese: hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and add the prepared vegetables. Simmer the cabbage over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until soft. While cooking, salt the cabbage, add basil or any spices and seasonings of your choice. If the cabbage is very juicy, do not cover the pan with a lid to allow excess moisture to evaporate.

Step 7

Step 7
At the end of the stew, add parsley, stir, simmer the cabbage and herbs for 5 minutes. Transfer the finished cabbage from the frying pan to another container and cool slightly.

Step 8

Step 8
Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria.

Step 9

Step 9
Pour the egg mixture over the cabbage and mix well.

Step 10

Step 10
Grease a baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil. You can use a ceramic, metal or glass heat-resistant form. Place the vegetable mixture in the mold and smooth it out. My form size is 27*17 cm.

Step 11

Step 11
Spread the grated cheese evenly over the cabbage.

Step 12

Step 12
Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 C for 30-35 minutes until the cheese crust is golden brown. If the cheese is browned and the inside of the casserole is not yet fully cooked, cover the top of the pan with foil and continue baking until done. Cooking time will depend on the height of the casserole and the operating characteristics of the oven. Focus on your technique.

Step 13

Step 13
Cut the finished casserole into portions and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
