Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Eggs 1 pc

How to fry fluffy pancakes with sour milk? Prepare all the necessary products. Sour milk can be replaced with any fermented milk product: snowball, yogurt, kefir. Take a large egg, preferably a home-made one, or at least CO. These eggs are not only large, but have a bright orange yolk and the pancakes will turn out a beautiful golden color.

In a separate bowl, mix the egg and sugar. Wash the egg well first, since there can be many different bacteria on the eggshell. I recommend washing eggs with hot water and even using a special brush.
