Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Butter 3 tbsp
Sour cream 200 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Greenery to taste
Chanterelles 1 kg
Allspice to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

In 1 tbsp. fry finely chopped garlic and onion in a spoon of oil.

Wash the mushrooms, cut them and fry them in a frying pan in 2 tbsp. spoons of oil until all the liquid has evaporated.

Add fried onions and garlic and spices to the pan.

Add half the sour cream. Mix everything, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 6 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the rest of the sour cream and herbs.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
